Dandelion Award for professors who support entrepreneurship

Dandelion Award for professors who support entrepreneurship

We are excited to share that the ETH Entrepreneur Club & the ETH AI Center have initiated the Dandelion Entrepreneurship Award. It is the first award to recognize professors for their outstanding efforts to promote entrepreneurship at ETH Zurich.

We believe professors play an essential (but often overlooked) role for Switzerland’s start-up and innovation ecosystem. Not only do they spark ground-breaking ideas with their research labs and share their knowledge with a global community, they also provide mentorship to the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators. They have a key influence in opening up career paths and encourage to pursue bold ideas from research to practice.

We are calling all ETH students, PhDs and Post-Docs to nominate Professors for the award. Help us to recognize the most entrepreneurial friendly Professors at ETH Zürich! Nominations are accepted until October 12, 2021.

The jury consists of representatives of leading campus institutions, such as ETH Entrepreneur ClubETH juniorsETH Student Project House and AVETH – Academic Association of Scientific Staff at ETH Zurich.

Join us to celebrate the winners on October 15, 2021, in context of the Launch by the ETH Entrepreneur Club & the AI+X Summit. It will be a big physical event in Zurich at Stage One where an innovation & start-up community of over 700 people gets together. More details on this event: https://lnkd.in/dzYGjBw
