TAT IX – Negotiation Engineering in theory and practice

«Negotiation Engineering», a negotiation concept developed at ETH, is a sort of a convex-combination of the so-called “Harvard model” and game theory. Besides a theoretical presentation, we will explain the concept on the basis of two case studies.
